What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at RE/MAX Lifestyles?
Qualifications:
✅ Prior experience in a real estate office, title company, mortgage, or administrative role is preferred. Starting salary will be determined on previous experience.
✅ Familiarity with contracts, MLS systems, and transaction coordination is a plus, but not mandatory. Must have a strong desire to learn in all aspects of the position.
✅ Strong Organizational Skills required with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and documents efficiently.
✅ Professional written and verbal communication with agents, clients, and vendors.
✅ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and real estate software such as Docusign, or similar platforms is preferred.
✅ Accuracy in handling paperwork, contracts, and compliance requirements.
✅ Customer service is a top priority for our team. Applicant must have a friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on supporting agents and clients.
✅ Applicants must be ableto work independently & as a team player. Must be self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. I want out of the box and forward thinking team members.
