Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical duties and front desk responsibilities.
- Ensure all office locations have all necessary supplies at all times.
- Oversee calendar management for scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle phone systems with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in supply ordering, organizing, and delivery to all office locations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
- Provide support to management as needed, including preparing presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in calendar management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
