Job Overview: The goal of the office administrator is to assist all office tasks in daily activities, to ensure operations flow smoothly. The Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective functioning of various administrative tasks within the organization. This role involves overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining records, facilitating communication, and ensuring a well-organized work environment. The Administrator works closely with different teams and departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, documents, and databases.
Organize and manage electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the CEO.
Coordinate calendars and schedules for the CEO.
Assist executives and managers with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, and client coordination.
Document Preparation:
Client documentation, issue and print temp tags.
Applications for credit, dealers, loans, etc.
Assist with vehicle documents such as titles.
Data Entry and Analysis:
Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems for passwords and other documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide administrative support and facilitate communication.
Duties
- Oversee Marketing Department
- Run Payroll and manage HR Department
- Pay bills
- Do all company paperwork
- Oversee Book keeping and Accounting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
