In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting driven top-performing real estate sales professionals who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll manage our agent attraction channels, interview agents, ensure their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluate if they’re a great culture fit for the team.
