Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide administrative support to agents and office staff.
- Manage emails, scheduling, and basic document preparation.
- Assist with office organization and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office setting.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Part-Time)
