Job Overview:
RE360 is looking for a working Field Project Coordinator, or as we call it in our biz, a Junior Foreman, to join our team. This role serves as 2nd in command to the project Foreman and is tasked to support in leading, managing, and coordinating residential construction projects for the company. Daily oversight and training of crew members is required. This is a working construction position.
Responsibilities:
- Work on-site with crews, manage and execute on day-to-day project plans, engaging in all aspects of construction necessary to complete a project
- Supervise, coordinate, and work hands on at construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret project scopes, ensuring accurate implementation of project plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations at all work sites
- Collaborate with project manager & Sr. Foreman to develop project budgets, scopes, monitor expenses and train crew
- Prepare and submit material orders
- Provide training and guidance to construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to complete their tasks effectively
- Document daily activities and materials used
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven carpentry experience
- Proven experience in construction and crew leadership, 3 years required
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and project management
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Your own basic tools
- Driver's License and your own vehicle are required
Page Range: $22-$25/per hour. Overtime available on Fridays. Mon - Thurs, 4x10 hour shifts.
