What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a customer service team supporting parts, service, and warranty operations.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and urgency.
- Oversee warranty processes, pricing strategies, and service performance metrics.
- Analyze trends to recommend impactful improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner across departments to enhance processes and service outcomes.
- Develop and mentor staff while maintaining top-tier service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in customer service, technical/manufacturing sales, or related fields.
- Strong background in parts and warranty, especially in the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven leadership with a passion for coaching and performance management.
- Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and pricing strategy.
- Tech-savvy and metrics-driven with excellent communication skills.
