Reach Logistics is Pattern's operations and distribution sister company, under which this role will operate. We have 7 warehouses in 6 countries offering a unique distribution model to our partners. We currently ship 45M units a year and are growing rapidly.

We need a Senior Inventory Manager (Buyer/Planner) over Seasonally Nuanced Brands who will be responsible for leading a team of 2-5 people, overseeing demand forecasting, inventory & receipts for seasonal brands in addition to managing 1-2 brands. They will also be instrumental in developing seasonal KPIs and defining goals to help achieve total company objectives like cash flow, instock, and drive successful brand relationships. Brand partnerships and communication are a key component of success. This role needs to understand sell thru, seasonal buying cadences, instock targets, edit strategy, and have a perspective on end of life management.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah.

What is a week in the life of a Senior Inventory Manager?

• Lead a team of 2-5 inventory managers who are developing demand forecasts, receipt forecasts, and inventory forecasts for pre-season and seasonally nuanced brands
• Provide feedback and analysis on demand sales, receipts forecasts and be prepared to speak to nuance to internal and external partners.
• Develop and track KPIs related to inventory in general and are specific to seasonal brands
• Partner with tech and analytics team to standardize appropriate data needed to evaluate seasonal businesses

• Align with brand management on ordering strategies implemented by the inventory management team

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• 3-5 years in seasonal buying or planning background
• 2-5 years management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Supply/demand planning experience and/or buying experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
• Operational strategy and experience in ERP systems
• An ability to be very organized with balancing your calendar against recurring forecasting needs
• Knowledge of retail KPIs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
