Helicopter Pilot Job Description
Pilots fly medical air transportation services for customers. This role requires flying an AS350/H125 helicopter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical experts to transport patients safely.
- Maintain aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Ensure shift change information is recorded and company protocols are followed.
- Meet certification and training requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
- Helicopter instrument rating.
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
- 2,000 hours of helicopter flight experience.
- 1,000 hours of helicopter PIC experience.
- 1,000 hours of turbine experience.
- At least 200 hours of helicopter night flight experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Duty weight not to exceed 230 pounds, including flight suit and boots.
