How You’ll Make an Impact
Own & Lead IT Operations
- Take full ownership of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security.
- Solve day-to-day technology challenges while implementing long-term IT strategies.
- Act as the go-to IT expert, directly troubleshooting and optimizing systems as needed.
- Manage IT needs for a fast-growing company without a large internal IT team.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Directly manage and optimize AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Oversee SaaS applications, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide cloud architecture leadership, guiding infrastructure scaling and cost optimization.
- Implement business continuity, disaster recovery, and site reliability (SRE) strategies.
Security & Compliance
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data and IT assets.
- Maintain compliance with security best practices and internal policies.
- Own identity & access management, network security, and endpoint protection.
IT Strategy & Future Growth
- Identify and implement technology solutions that support company goals.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and business teams to drive innovation.
- If needed, advise on IT hiring and team expansion as the company grows.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Oversee IT vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
- Ensure cost-effective technology solutions that align with business needs
What You Need
- 5 years of experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset—this role is about doing, not just delegating.
- Experience implementing cybersecurity best practices and compliance initiatives.
- Excellent communication and the ability to work independently while aligning with business goals.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, problem-solving culture where ownership and innovation are key.
- Strong knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid IT infrastructure.
- 2 years of hands-on AWS cloud experience, including cloud migrations, architecture, and optimization.
