Machine Shop Coordinator- Full-Time Indianapolis Location- Reading Bakery Systems
What You’ll Own

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of skilled machinists to hit production goals and exceed quality standards.

Master the details—interpret engineering drawings and ensure flawless execution.

Program, optimize, and innovate with CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, and cutting tool strategies.

Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and improve—this is where your deep knowledge of Hurco CNC and Fanuc controls makes all the difference.

Own quality control—micrometers, calipers, gauges are second nature to you.

Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in machining processes and workflow.

Oversee CNC and manual machining operations, including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders.

What It Takes to Succeed

5–7 years of machine shop leadership experience.

Journeyman machinist certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.

Proficiency in precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Forklift certification preferred.
