Reading Bakery Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to manage and streamline manufacturing operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution of production workflows, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality industrial bakery equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage D365 Operations – Maintain accurate manufacturing data, including job orders, production schedules, and inventory tracking.
• Work Order Coordination – Create, release, and monitor production orders to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution.
• Ensure Data Accuracy – Enter and maintain precise production data in the D365 system to support efficient manufacturing processes.
• Purchase Order Management – Generate and process purchase orders within D365 to ensure materials and components are readily available.
• Optimize Processes – Identify opportunities for improvement within D365 and manufacturing workflows to boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot Issues – Address D365-related discrepancies, working closely with IT and production teams to resolve problems.
• Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations within D365.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proficiency in D365 Manufacturing and Operations module is strongly preferred, we will coach and teach you to get to this level
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
