POSITION SUMMARY :
The Program Manager will be responsible for organizing multiple commercialization / product launch programs and activities for the organization. Tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. Leading the development of project plans and budgets, and working closely with other functional areas to identify growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Analyzing program risks and develop a plan for mitigation and / or elimination.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing a cross-functional project team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Working on the overall business strategy with the marketing team

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field of study. Engineering degree preferredPMI / PMP professional certification a plusMinimum of 5 years' experience in a Program / Project Management role with a manufacturing organizationExperience with quality systems including ISO9001, APQP, PDCA (A3), and other industry wide standardsProficient in creating project plans (Gantt Charts) and crafting detailed statements of work (SOW)Experience in the truck body building / upfit, automotive, or related industries is preferredMust be able to effectively and professionally communicate with management and staff and demonstrate sound judgment / reasoning skillsProven experience in program management, stakeholder management, and managing a cross-functional teamAbility to prioritize workload with excellent task management and organizational skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to organize and manage data with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage one's time and multiple projects with a positive, flexible attitude in a complex and rapidly changing work environmentAbility to communicate technical concepts to other staff and key stakeholders who have little to no technical abilityCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams / SharePoint, and OutlookPHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE :
