Job Summary

The Guest Services Attendant Supervisor leads a team responsible for assisting patients and visitors with visitor management, authentication, identification, and wayfinding within a healthcare environment. The supervisor ensures that guest services operations run smoothly, and that staff are trained and well-prepared.

The role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling team functions and the development and implementation of team policy and procedure. This position is essential to creating a welcoming and safe environment in healthcare settings.

Full Time Day Shift Position, weekend and holidays required.
