- Create and provide ongoing training for staff and tutors, focusing on best practices in literacy instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review assessments and analyze data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Model Reading Power's best teaching and learning practices for staff and tutors, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education.
