Responsibilities :
- Create digital solutions / products suitable for the Malaysian market.
- Lead a team of web developers through the entire software development life cycle : planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance for digital projects (Website / Mobile App / E-commerce / Web-based systems).
- Provide guidance to junior programmers to ensure projects are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner, offering advice on best practices and conducting code reviews.
- Cooperate with project managers and UX / UI designers to ensure solutions meet client requirements and expectations.
