About us
Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank and more!
Positions available in anywhere in the US.
Duties:
- Provide POS upgrades and Support
- Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers
- Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SDWANS
- Printer Support
-Troubleshoot network devices with assistance from Technical Support
-Cat 5/6 replacement for non responsive network devices
Skills:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb or use ladder for out of reach network equipment is a plus!
***Need basic tools for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set including mini, Butt sett, cable toner, Cat 5/6, RJ45 Cable tester
