Ready 123 Solutions is hiring (2) A/V Technicians to perform the following tasks across Georgia for a major brand!
Pay Rate: · $23/HR·
Travel and Hotel Accommodations Covered Schedule: · Starting in January 2025 Scope of Work: Objective:
Provide timely and professional break/fix services for audio/visual (A/V) equipment at Buffalo Wild Wings locations to ensure uninterrupted functionality of A/V systems critical to the restaurant’s operations.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
- Assess malfunctioning A/V equipment, including TVs, projectors, sound systems, and related components.
- Identify root causes of issues, such as connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or software errors.
- Repair Services:
- Perform necessary repairs on-site, including cable replacements, connection repairs, and minor hardware fixes.
- Replace faulty equipment with compatible components, if required (provided by Buffalo Wild Wings or pre-approved).
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Verify the functionality of repaired equipment to meet operational standards.
- Ensure system integration with existing A/V infrastructure, including media players and control systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Provide detailed service reports summarizing diagnostics, repairs performed, and any recommendations for further maintenance.
- Notify Buffalo Wild Wings management of any equipment requiring replacement or follow-up service.
- Emergency and Scheduled Visits:
- Respond to emergency service requests within agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Perform routine break/fix services during scheduled maintenance windows, as applicable.
- Fully operational and tested A/V systems post-repair.
- Service reports for each completed work order.
- Reliable transportation
- Technicians must possess experience with commercial A/V systems.
- Compliance with Buffalo Wild Wings' safety and operational protocols.
- Service is to be completed within the timeframe specified in the work order.
