Job Summary
The Senior Vice President, Operations is responsible for providing strategicleadership and oversight for Ready®'s entire supply chain, procurement,production, and quality functions. This position will drive the strategy andexecution of all production, distribution, and retail operations, monitoringand achieving / exceeding profitability and revenue performance goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct management over the full scope ofthe product lifecycle, driving initiatives to optimize operational efficiencyfrom manufacturing to retail.
- Evaluate the operational performance of supplychain management, procurement, production, and quality functions to recommendstrategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure seamless integration of retail strategies with production, quality,distribution, marketing, and compliance efforts.
- Lead, grow, and direct the management anddevelopment of services including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, andsupply chain.
- Evaluate vendor partners in all areas ofoperations and lead contract negotiations.
- Oversee the demand planning function to connectsales activity throughout the supply chain for cross-function visibility.
- Effectively hold leadership teams accountable todeliver results by having a disciplined approach to operational excellence andfollowing company policies.
- Build annual operational plans and budgets.
- Develop, evaluate, and mentor direct reports.
