ReadyWork seeking a skilled and dedicated General Labor | Heavy Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical knowledge to effectively contribute to our construction projects. This role requires proficiency in operating various types of machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including Caterpillar machinery, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks on construction sites.
- Perform horizontal drilling and other specialized tasks as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain construction projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
- Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with experience in loader operation, backhoe operation, and water truck driving.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety practices.
- Commercial driving skills are a plus for transporting equipment and materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
