About the Job
">As a Water Jet Operator at ReadyWork, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality production. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain water jet machines associated with quantity production of identical units.
">Responsibilities:

- Program and operate a Waterjet with customer's drawings and specifications; ">
- Start and stop the machine, load/feed the machine, and monitor its operation; ">
- Monitor production to ensure quality and perform verifications and inspections of the product and the machine; ">
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment; ">
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer specifications; ">
- Label material with correct descriptions; ">
- Meet or exceed customer specifications as outlined on the manufacturing order; ">
- Ensure the job and materials are of good quality; ">
- Perform any other general machine operation tasks assigned by supervisors. ">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- Demonstrated knowledge of machinery and/or tools; ">
- Strong mechanical ability; ">
- Auto CAD experience is a plus; ">
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs in a physical environment; ">
- Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes; ">
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints; ">
- Basic program reading skills using MS Windows applications; ">
- Fundamental understanding of M and G codes; ">
- Must be eighteen years of age and possess a HS Diploma or GED. ">
