We are seeking a passionate Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative at Real AI Dynamics, you’ll dive into the world of tech sales, learning the foundations of sales development and business strategy within a high-energy, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), supporting outreach efforts, learning essential sales skills, and gaining first-hand experience in driving revenue. This role is perfect for a driven individual aiming to advance in tech sales and with aspirations of one day leading a sales team.. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients within target markets and initiating outreach to introduce RAID’s AI solutions.
- Analyze industry trends and customer needs to support the sales team in effectively positioning RAID’s products.
- Work within CRM tools to track leads, monitor client communications, and manage data related to customer interactions.
- Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, and other cross-functional teams to support sales strategies, develop tailored outreach materials, and refine sales messaging.
- Assist in compiling sales data, tracking metrics, and preparing reports to provide insights on outreach effectiveness and client engagement.
- Gain insights into tech sales strategies, develop a deep understanding of RAID’s AI solutions, and contribute to discussions on sales approaches
Qualifications You Will Bring:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in Sales: A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, ideally with long-term aspirations toward a leadership role.
- Previous Experience (Preferred): Any experience in sales especially customer service, tech sales, or a related role; previous BDRs and SDRs experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other basic software, with the eagerness to learn and navigate sales platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to support market research, with attention to detail and the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and show resilience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and team dynamics.
