Unpaid Internship;
Our unpaid internship is highly flexible and can be tailored to your specific areas of interest within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). This track allows you to focus on learning and professional development without the requirement of RBT work. Interns can gain experience in areas such as program development, data analysis, staff training, and behavioral systems management.
Paid Internship Opportunity;
If you are seeking a paid internship, you must complete all steps to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with us. As an RBT, you will engage in hands-on behavioral therapy sessions, working directly with clients while receiving compensation for your role.

Interns will gain experience in:
- Assisting with behavioral therapy sessions while observing data collection and intervention strategies.
- Supporting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in treatment implementation and client interaction.
- Learning OBM strategies such as performance feedback, staff training, and system optimization to enhance workplace efficiency and client outcomes.
- Understanding data analysis techniques that drive clinical and organizational decision-making.
Requirements to Join:
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be enrolled in an internship program through UNLV.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative, performance-focused environment.
- Availability to commit to a structured schedule during the internship period.
