Our boutique real estate team south of Boston is hiring a full-time Buyer’s Agent to work directly with serious buyers. We provide consistent, high-quality leads, hands-on support, and branding that helps you close more deals faster.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Real Estate Agent – You must have an active MA real estate license.

• Full-Time Commitment – This isn’t a side hustle. We need someone all in on building their real estate career.

• Willing to Travel – Showings, inspections, and closings will take you throughout South Shore and Greater Boston.

• Local to the Market – You must live within 10-15 miles of Braintree for easy access to clients.

• Experience Preferred, But Not Required – If you’re hungry to succeed, we’ll give you the tools to make it happen.
