Job Overview: As a Funding Specialist in our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of real estate transactions. You’ll work closely with real estate agents, colleagues, and vendors while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment. This is a fully on-site position with no hybrid or remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process real estate contracts, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, coworkers, and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to funding.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure smooth transactions and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and company information at all times.
- Follow directives from management and be adaptable to changes in work processes and priorities.
- Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude while providing exceptional service to clients and team members.
- Manage and track funding transactions in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in real estate, compliance, or finance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review contracts with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and build positive relationships with agents, vendors, and coworkers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
