About the Company - We are currently working with a large real estate fund manager to assist them in hiring a Director of Investor Relations and Business Development
About the Role - The position will be responsible for the below among others:
- Investor Communications
- Working with Finance Team in preparing investor decks and materials
- Identifying and building relationships with potential investors
- Traveling domestically and internationally to conferences and to meet with clients or potential clients.
- Business Development and capital raising from HNW investors globally
Responsibilities - Candidates should have all or most of the below qualifications:
- 4 year bachelor's degree or higher
- 3 years of investor relations experience
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- CRM experience
- Ability to travel 50% or more nationally and internationally
