Role Overview :
A Westchester-based firm in the real estate industry is seeking a Human Resources, Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team. This role focuses on payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Oversee bi-weekly payroll with third-party payroll administrator, ensuring accurate payroll, tax, and benefits payments
Assist with benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k))
Maintain and troubleshoot HRIS system
Support audit requests (SOX, Workers’ Comp, 401(k))
Assist with performance review process (mid-year and annual)
Recruiting support : Post job descriptions, draft offer letters, conduct background checks
