- Small family owned real estate investment company that manages over two million square feet of retail and industrial properties and over 2,500 units of multifamily investments.
- The firm only uses outside counsel and is looking for someone to help them bring the work in house
- 40 hour work week
- They are looking for a team player who is very strong with contracts and has a sense of ownership177
Compensation: Variable on experience. Likely around $200k Bonus
