You will perform a multitude of duties supporting our real estate team. Background or knowledge of the Real Estate industry title, mortgage loans, appraisals, home inspections, and transaction services is a plus! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment performing a range of administrative duties for the Team Owner, agents and customers. Other duties include marketing and social media, open house planning and coordination, special projects, errands, office supply & restocks, and developing professional relationships with external partners. Responsibilities:
- Support sales agents, transaction coordinator, clients, and other parties with escrow related tasks.
- Heavy administrative support for team leader
- Implement and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- · Schedule home inspections and any necessary home repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding home repairs
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
- Prepare and produce sales performance reports and metrics
- Prepares business correspondence, birthday or marketing mailers to clients and affiliates
- Coordinate and assist with social media and website posting

- Comfortable with spur of the moment changes with ability to shift focus and resolve issues
- Intermediate to strong Social Media skills
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and great customer experience
- Strong computer skills: Google and Microsoft platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email marketing, and listing services systems
- A flexible attitude with the ability to work hard and prioritize work
- Learning based, quick thinking, and multi-tasking with high attention to detail
- Some marketing knowledge
- Real Estate license helpful but not necessary
- High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D. required
