- Review Title Commitments, Prepare Closing Statements/Documents and Conduct closings
- Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner
- Assist with Pre-closing and Post-closing duties
- Additional duties as may be assigned by management based on business needs
Requirements:
- Ability to organize and efficiently prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively using tact, patience and courtesy
- Proficiency in typing and basic technology skills: Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while subject to interruption
