What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities, negotiating contracts that serve both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.
- Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for every detail and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions and accurate project scopes.
- Manage budgets and project schedules to ensure everything stays on track.
- Supervise installation teams, ensuring the work is completed to the highest level of precision and efficiency.
- Stay on top of material inventory, keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
- 2 years of experience in a commercial construction role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
- 3 years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
- A results-oriented mindset with a tactical approach to solving problems and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
- Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews
