Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
- Lead commercial flooring projects involving structural concrete and rebar integration.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Structural Oversight :
- Collaborate with engineers and structural teams to ensure flooring solutions meet structural and load-bearing specifications.
- Assess site plans for rebar installation and concrete reinforcement requirements.
- Rebar and Concrete Expertise :
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and rebar placement details.
- Ensure compliance with rebar placement and concrete standards during installation.
- Team Coordination :
- Direct field teams and subcontractors to achieve high-quality results.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance :
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify proper rebar placement and concrete finishing.
- Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication :
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and resources.
