Business Development Rep
Because we are growing, we are looking for an ambitious, full-time business development rep to join our team of Computer Nerds and IT People.
Purpose for Position: The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing Real IT Solution’s relationships with its customers. They help retain existing clients and increase revenue from them by providing excellent customer service and identifying new business opportunities. Successful Account Managers will strengthen and grow our relationship with existing customers, enhancing our role as a trusted business advisor.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 2 - 5 years of successful sales experience.
- Ability to get things done through others.
- Successful history working with clients.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SALES.
This position offers a base salary plus bonuses and commission. As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance and cell phone reimbursement with all the snacks you can eat. You MUST be based in West Michigan and a US citizen (sorry, no exceptions).
