What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/Auditor position at REAL LOVING CARE HOME CARE LLC?
Schedule shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to meet clients needs.
Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
Processes via computer, the data necessary to initiate accurate payroll and billing processes by following schedules.
Attends management meetings.
Records report offs from caregivers and cancellation of services.
Enters, maintains, and corrects client/employee, billing, and related accounting data into computer as required.
Documents in the electronic file of the client or caregiver as appropriate
Responds to patient communication platforms daily, responding to situations specific to their caregivers and clients.
Works with the Care Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist to resolve caregiver issues.
Reports directly to the Office manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent computer skills in a Google sheets, Google Docs, Windows, Chrome Box. Must have skills in database management and record keeping.
Effective oral and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Typing skills are a must.

Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 5 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.
