About the Role
Are you a CT-licensed real estate professional feeling underutilized in traditional home sales? Our property management company is seeking a Leasing Agent to showcase properties, sign leases, and connect with clients. In this hybrid role, you'll also work closely with our owner in an EA/Office Manager capacity, splitting your time between leasing operations and high-level executive assistance. You'll support both organizations by handling diverse tasks and projects—all within a flexible, part-time schedule designed to fit your lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Agent:
- Drive Leasing Operations: Manage property listings, schedule property tours, conduct tenant screenings, and oversee lease agreements.
- Embrace Innovation: Utilize tech tools and emerging AI solutions to streamline leasing processes and boost efficiency.
- Market Properties: Coordinate marketing efforts and maintain an active online presence to attract quality tenants.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with CT real estate regulations and market trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
As an Executive Assistant / Office Manager:
- Support Multiple Ventures: Handle tasks and projects for both our organizations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Keep the CEO Organized: Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and office logistics.
- Be the Problem Solver: Anticipate needs and develop creative solutions independently with minimal direction.
- Drive Tech Integration: Research and implement innovative tech and AI tools to enhance efficiency across our operations.
- Run Personal Errands: Be willing to handle occasional personal tasks to simplify the CEO’s day.
- Flexible Collaboration: Work in our New Haven office on days the CEO is present, with the ability to work remotely at other times.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
