Compensation for the General Manager position is a base pay of $35,000-$50,000 based on skills and experience plus an incentive structure based on labor efficiency ratio, kpi's and company profit.

Your Responsibilities As The Office Manager
- Manage Performance – As the head of operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the team, including setting key performance indicators and managing the team to achieve them.
- Personnel Development – You will help determine who to hire, and you will coach and mentor team members to higher levels of performance.
- Support – You will be responsible for handling issues with team members, customers, and owners if they cannot be addressed by the front line team.
- Process Improvements – You will find opportunities to improve the business protocols to deliver greater employee and customer satisfaction.
- You view every interaction as an opportunity to grow relationships.
- You’re willing to learn everything you can about property management and the full process of how we do it at Real Property Management.
- You enjoy leading a team, solving problems, and helping an organization become great.

- Familiarity and prior experience with property management and leasing are a plus!

- Demonstrated experience in managing an office and staff team.
- Proficient with learning software systems.
- Analytical capabilities and problem solver.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Some college preferred but required for exceptional candidates.
