Position Overview :

As a Caretaker at Real Property Management Express, you will be responsible for general custodial, groundskeeping, minor maintenance and cleaning duties of the PowderHaus apartment complex. You will get to put your skills to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities as a Caretaker :

General Upkeep of Property – Responsible for common area cleaning and ensuring they are in pristine condition.
Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
General groundskeeping – Ensuring the grounds are maintained including, weed control, trash pickup, and light maintenance.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Experience in custodial work.

Valid driver’s license.

Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

You love a job well done.

You enjoy cleaning and working with your hands.

You are patient with customers and team members, and willing to take time to explain things in terms they can understand.

You are punctual and honest.

Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Caretaker position starts at $16 / HR. Pay for this position ranges from $16-$18 / HR depending on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
