Your Role as a Property Manager

- Handle Property Maintenance : Conduct pre-move-in inspections, maintain accurate records, collect rent, and enforce community policies fairly and consistently.
- Resolve Challenges with Courtesy and Respect : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns, from maintenance issues to community guidelines. Ensure a positive living experience by responding promptly and finding solutions that enhance comfort and satisfaction.
- Conduct Market Research : Stay informed on local rental trends to recommend pricing and property improvements.
