Description
The HR Director is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Job Functions
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning efforts
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee training and professional development programs for employees
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a strong company culture
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making
- Oversee office administration to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications Preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification
