HIGHLIGHTS
As a Staff Accountant, you will assist in the planning and execution of all accounting operations. This role ensures accuracy in general ledger entries, financial reporting, and adherence to accounting principles.
This position is full-time and in-Office during regular business hours.
THE ROLE
Expectations
In this role, you will facilitate daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and maintain the general ledger. You will code invoices, set up and reconcile accounts, close monthly books, and manage accounts receivable collections. This role ensures accurate payment processing, tax filings, and financial reporting. Additionally, you analyze financial variances, assist with pricing updates and contract execution, address inquiries from customers and vendors, and collaborate with external accountants.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree -level education in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- GAAP experience
