Job Overview:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions, concerns, and requests are handled with efficiency and professionalism. You will act as an advocate for client needs, promoting clear communication and collaboration between clients and our internal teams. Your ability to manage relationships, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service will contribute directly to the company’s success and client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to anticipate needs, provide updates, and address potential concerns.
- Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering professional and courteous service.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive start to their experience with us.
- Client Feedback: Gather and document client feedback, providing valuable insights to enhance our services and processes.
- Education and Training: Inform clients about available resources, services, and any updates or enhancements to ensure they maximize their partnership with us.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM and other systems.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role involving phone, email, and chat support.
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software applications.
Assessment:
To ensure you’re a great fit for this role, you’ll need to pass a 30-minute pre-employment assessment that evaluates:
- Typing skills.
- Computer literacy and internet knowledge.
- Personality alignment with the role.
- Attention to detail, verbal reasoning, and numerical reasoning.
Important: The assessment must be completed on a computer with internet access—it cannot be completed on a cell phone.
What We Offer:

- Starting Pay: $19 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with a 45-minute paid lunch (equivalent to an additional $1.19 per hour). After 6 months of employment, eligible employees may apply for a hybrid schedule (three days in the office: M-W-F, and two days remote: T-TH).
