Position Summary
The Process Development Scientist is a key member of the Viral Vector group and will play a critical role in our efforts to advance the development of AAV gene therapy pipeline drugs for neurodegenerative disorders. We are looking for an enthusiastic selfmotivated handson scientist with excellent interpersonal skills who is comfortable working in crossfunctional environment.

Key responsibilities :
- Drive the viral vector process to deliver internal productions of recombinant AAVs and baculoviruses
- Design and execute molecular / cellular experiments including PCR techniques and cell culture to support bioprocess sample testing to guide the process optimization
- Manage experimental workflows and vector inventory through electronic lab notebook documentation of experimental data protocols and reports
- Assist in the group efforts on vector expression system upgrade cell line development and characterization and AAV capsids
