Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their onboarding and post-onboarding phases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
- Create and deliver training sessions or workshops to help clients use our services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and improve service offerings.
- Monitor client engagement metrics and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze client data to prepare reports and present insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools to track client interactions and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think critically to find effective solutions.
