What You Will Do :
Assist the Managers / Developers with scheduling and facilitating meetings, managing project documentation, coordinating resources, and get updates from team members
Scheduling and facilitating project update meetings with all levels of management for project updates and record decisions for projects.
Break down projects into manageable tasks and milestones for the team to work towards.
Partner with the developer and cross-functional teams to analyze risks and address issues.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across the company
Be aware of which Developer is performing what task and resolve / triage the work if needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Who We Are Looking For : You
5-10 years of relatable experience working / collaborating with developers and all levels of leadership; working with IT technical teams
Min 5 years in a project setting (preference)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Project Admin for the team with the ability to do basic analysis to help with project updates and progress reporting
Assist the Project Team with scheduling and facilitating meetings, managing project documentation, coordinating resources and get project updates from project team members
An organized person with excellent written and verbal communication skills. (MUST)
Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Demonstrates confidence when presenting, including to executives, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Works effectively in a matrix environment.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the business.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate level of experience with Office 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
