Description :
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of staff processing consumer information for the state of Connecticuts Husky program.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required
- level agreements.
- Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
- Monitoring staff performance including productivity quality and attendance.
- Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
- Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
- Writing and developing policies and procedures as necessary.
