Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Associate to assist on all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and be committed to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes.
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring policy compliance.
- Oversee performance management, including reviews and feedback.
- Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention and engagement.
- Promote a safe, healthy work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education in HR or related field (HR certification preferred).
- 1 year of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
