In this pivotal role, you will lead electrical product design and development efforts, from ideation to commercialization, as well as support and iterate on existing products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, FDA-regulated environment where your expertise in electrical and circuit design will directly contribute to advancing cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solve electrical and circuit design challenges for both new and existing products.
- Research and implement solutions for end-of-life components while maintaining design intent.
- Drive new product designs and enhancements to existing products.
- Develop and execute test protocols and reports.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and design history files.
- Support quality initiatives and compliance, including CAPA and FDA regulations.
