Innovative Engineering Specialist
We are seeking an Innovative Engineering Specialist to join our team at Real. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity.
About the Job:
- You will be responsible for developing processes, specifying equipment, acquiring, and implementing it.
- Apply engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques to analyze and solve problems.
- Author and execute Process Validations, including Test Method Validation, Inspection Method Validation, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, and Product Performance Qualification.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest new methods or materials.
- Analyze current equipment for process suitability and provide detailed plans for improvement.
- Design and revise manufacturing documents, specifications, standard operating procedures, safety instructions, validation protocols, risk assessments, and procedures to ensure compliant, efficient, and safe procedures.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop solutions and improvements in materials, equipment, and process as necessary.
- Participate in teams to ensure continual improvement, safety, and compliance.
- Provide training and process expertise for product processing in specific areas, such as process development, tooling development, and validation.
