- Conceptualize, plan, and produce video content that aligns with the church’s vision
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, pastors, and ministry leaders to develop video concepts and storylines that effectively communicate key messages and initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production (scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting), production (filming, directing, lighting, sound), and post-production (editing, color grading, audio mixing).
- Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and volunteers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the production process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production, and implement innovative techniques to enhance the quality and impact of our content.
- Coordinate video shoots and logistics, including scheduling, equipment setup, and talent direction, to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
