To learn more about Real8 Group, please visit our website at www.real8group.com Position Available : District Operations Director Location : Charlotte, NC The District Operations Director will oversee the daily management and coordination of property operations in their assigned market for a portfolio consisting of 6,500 SFRs which includes property acquisition, property renovation, leasing, property management, financial performance and collections. This role will develop and maintain strong working relationships with local markets, national and corporate employees as well as third-party vendors and leasing firms. Company Info : One of the largest single family rental managers in the United States. Currently own and operate over 50,000 homes in approx. 20 states. Key Requirements : 5 years experience leading the operations for a large portfolio of properties and leading a regional team in single family rental (SFR). General knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis. Experience working in a cross-functional group, project management, and / or process improvement-oriented role. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar property management program would be great. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
